I had an issue with a piece of jewelry I purchased from a different jeweler, and Allum and Sidaway were incredibly supportive. They exceeded all my expectations. Their customer service is truly unmatched. The stores are gorgeous; it’s a unique experience.

I got my ears pierced for the fourth time at the Dorchester location. The staff were super nice, and the place was really clean, which made me feel at ease. I’ll definitely be returning.

The service from the entire crew is consistently fantastic! They’re always cheerful and welcoming when I drop by, and no task is ever too minor! I swung by today for a battery, and it was taken care of in just 5 minutes while I waited!

Totally unacceptable. This seller shipped me entirely the incorrect beads, nothing like what I requested. I was informed that they don’t offer free return labels and wouldn’t refund me for the shipping costs to send the items back. Definitely steer clear, really terrible service, super untrustworthy scammers, make sure you keep away from them.

Recently, I had my watch glass fixed in Ringwood after I cracked it. The repair was done well, but a few days later, a stress crack showed up (just one of those things, not their fault). I called them yesterday and brought it back in as they asked. Not only did they replace it again at no cost, but the friendly assistant even delivered it back to my home. Amazing service!

The Allum and Sidaway location in Ringwood is just fantastic. The team there is consistently friendly, attentive, and involved. I had a ring resized recently, and they brought it back to me in the evening while one of the staff was heading home. It's those little thoughtful gestures that you just don’t find when shopping online. So, let’s back our local businesses!

I bought some jewellery, including a pair of earrings, from the Salisbury shop. The sales assistant made it clear that I could swap them out if they didn’t work as a Christmas gift. However, when I went to make the exchange, they turned me down, saying it was against company policy to exchange earrings. I reminded them that this wasn’t mentioned when I made the purchase. The assistant, with a rather smug attitude, pointed me to the terms on the receipt. I’m really unhappy with the staff who misled me about the exchange policy. Such poor service.

I visit this place frequently for battery replacements and repairs. Their service is consistently fantastic. The staff is super helpful, really knows their stuff, and the manager is a genius when it comes to watches. Definitely recommend!

I was on the hunt for a Ball watch and found the exact model I was after on the company's website. Snagged it at a fantastic price, and I can only say the service and follow-up were top-notch. I returned the watch to get the bracelet resized. They received it on a Saturday morning, made the adjustments, and had it back in the mail by 11:30 am the same day! If I were closer (I'm in Scotland), I'd swing by one of their stores to thank them in person. Highly recommended!
